Only 295€ plus I.V.A. per year

Includes:

• Holding keys
• Security inspection visit (every month)
• Post check (every 2 weeks)
• Turning on water and connecting appliances before arrival (48 hours notice required)

• *Laundry (standard 2 bedroom property) 50€
• Garden tidy (once per month) 60€
• Garden tidy (twice per month) 120€
